How we work

One process, every job.

The difference between our pipework and site welding is where the welding happens. Ours happens in a factory, piece after identical piece.

Measure as builtOur fitter measures the real room, not just the drawing.
Make in our factoryPlate rolled, seams welded, flanges faced, drilled and welded on.
Pressure-test and tagEach piece tested, then tagged with job, piece and date.
Epoxy coatRed primer, then blue for water or red for fire.
Deliver as a kitLabelled pieces with gaskets, bolts and a layout drawing.
Bolt togetherOne closure piece takes up site tolerance. Less hot work on site.
