Fire and MEP contractors

Fire pipework, made in a factory. Bolted together on site.

Since 1981, Kinetics has made heavy steel pipework. Now, we're bringing it to fire projects: pump-room headers, risers and hydrant mains, measured as built and made under controlled conditions.

What we make for you

Pump room, risers and hydrant mains.

The heavy steel sections of a fire water system, in red epoxy, ready to bolt in. Sprinkler branch lines stay with your installers.

To your flanges

Why contractors use it

What changes on your site.

One fixed price

A quoted price for the pipework instead of open-ended welder days.

Less hot work

Fewer welding permits and less fire risk in occupied or finished buildings.

Tested before it leaves

Each piece pressure-tested and tagged in our factory, so there are fewer failed site tests.

Days, not weeks

Pieces arrive labelled, with a layout drawing. Your team bolts them together.

How it works

From your drawings to a bolted-up pump room.

Measure as built

Our fitter measures your pump room, risers and hydrant mains once walls, slab and pumps are in.

Made to the real building, not just the drawing.

Make in our factory

Pipe rolled and welded, flanges faced, drilled and welded on, under controlled conditions.

Better welds than overhead site welding in tight shafts.

Pressure-test and tag

Each piece is tested with blanks on, then tagged with job, piece and date. Red epoxy finish.

No failed test and rework after installation.

Deliver and bolt together

Our truck brings labelled pieces, gaskets, bolts, a layout drawing and valves if you need them. One closure piece adjusts on site.

Less hot work, less time on site, one fixed price.

Our site welders fit the real dimensions.

They do, and we don't try to replace that. We make in the factory only what your equipment and drawings fix: headers set by pump spacing, risers that repeat floor by floor, standard fittings.

The rest we measure as built, once walls, slabs and pumps are in. Every run gets one adjustable closure piece that takes up the last few centimetres on site.

You get factory welds where they matter and site flexibility where you need it.

Valves to match. If you need them, we supply the gate, butterfly and non-return valves for the pump room and risers, drilled to suit our flanges.

Send us your fire services drawings or BOQ, and we'll quote it.

Pump-room layout, riser schematic and hydrant main routes are enough to start.
