How we work
Six steps. Every job, every sector.
Our pipework is welded in a factory instead of overhead on site. The process is the same whether it's a fire pump room, a booster set or an estate main.
Measure as built
Our fitter measures pump rooms, risers, mains and routes once walls, slabs and pumps are in. For standard sets, a pump datasheet is enough.
Made to the real building, not just the drawing.
Make in our factory
Plate is cut, rolled and seam-welded. Flanges are faced, drilled and welded on under controlled conditions, piece after identical piece.
Better welds than overhead site welding in tight shafts.
Pressure-test and tag
Each piece is tested with blanks on, then tagged with the job, piece number and date.
No failed test and rework after installation.
Epoxy coat
Red primer, then blue epoxy for water or red for fire. Galvanising on request.
Finished, protected and colour-coded.
Deliver as a kit
Our own truck brings labelled pieces, gaskets, bolts and a layout drawing, plus valves and bulk meters if you ordered them.
Everything arrives together, from one supplier.
Bolt together
One adjustable closure piece per run, a dismantling joint or flange adaptor, takes up the last few centimetres of site tolerance.
Less hot work, days not weeks on site, one fixed price.
Our site welders fit the real dimensions.
They do, and we don't try to replace that. We make in the factory only what your equipment and drawings fix: headers set by pump spacing, risers that repeat floor by floor, standard fittings.
The rest we measure as built, once walls, slabs and pumps are in. Every run gets one adjustable closure piece that takes up the last few centimetres on site.
You get factory welds where they matter and site flexibility where you need it.
