A Nairobi factory, since 1981.
Kinetics Engineering Ltd was incorporated in March 1981 to make steel pipework for Kenya's water sector. Forty-five years on, we still cut, roll, weld and coat it in our own factory off Lunga Lunga Road.
For most of our history we have made fabricated fittings and steel pipe for water companies, counties and the contractors who build their networks.
The same factory now makes pipework for private buyers: fire contractors, pump distributors, and the contractors building factories, warehouses, estates and treatment works. The process doesn't change. We measure, make, test, coat and deliver, and on site it bolts together.
We make what we can make well, in steel. Where a job needs valves or meters, we supply them to match.
